Return Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Balterra.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Because our products are ingestible supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened items unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item.

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@balterrawellness.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Approved returns should be sent back to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an order error on our part.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
